Humboldt County has about 920 farmers.​

92% of all Iowa land is devoted to Agriculture​​

Iowa’s farmer feed 155 people today, in 1960 a farmer fed 26 people​​​​

Iowa leads the nation in production of corn, soybeans and pork. ​​​

       We produce the most of any state in those areas.

We had 86 second grade students plant their corn, see/learn about by-products of the corn and soybean, see inside and hear about the grain bin it's use and they got to hear about the spring machinery as well as climb on it. What a fun day!!​​​
